"... patients with metastatic gastric cancer continue to have a dismal outcome."

This is the point, these people are on death row sadly.

But we know that of the 10, five have greater that 30% tumour reduction and four are stable. Remember too that with cancer immunotherapies one tends to get worse first.

None died, otherwise that would have been stated, as that's a very definite outcome unfortunately.

I've just started trawling through the clinical trials for advanced metastatic gastric cancer. In the first two trials I have come across nobody completed either because they either died or pulled out.

It'll take me a while, but I'll report my finding here later.
