SPILL Meeting, Is it the shareholders last hope?, page-14

For transparency and disclosure in the upcoming spill motion I have submitted a nomination for consideration by the shareholders for a board position. Whilst I am sure there are others on HC who have nominated and may wish to remain discreet and that is their right to do so. However I will make some comments as to my opinion up to the spill meeting.

At least now we have a benchmark for consideration as to what shareholders can judge against.
