I suspect if they fail to get their way with the de-listing then FMS will be let deteriorate till it goes into voluntary administration and we are under the threat of losing all...... thats when you know who comes in as a white knight to save the day with a little coin, it will be their offer or nothing. Hopefully ASIC steps in before it comes to this.
