    Institutions are buying high and selling low on this one

    I wonder why no takeover offer has come? What happened to that potential suitor last year that was sniffing around at $1.80? It's now a shadow of that price. I would have thought that at current valuation someone would have put in an offer. $20m EBITDA, decent cash flow and EV of less than $100m.
