Huh!
To me that ann confirms what most of us have been saying. NXE had to chuck in a counter claim to delay things while they arranged some funds (and obviously didn't want to pay the termination fee).
Arena will no doubt settle for an amount at least equal to principal and interest and all will be settled and NXE will claim a win Arena will just be glad to be rid of the whole show!!
Always highly doubtful this would see the inside of a courtroom and doubt if either side had any intention of taking it that far.
All just my opinion of course............................
