investors make decisions based in their confidence in the directors and staff to know what is going on in their field, company and industry. 

TS has continued to dangle the carrot of a funded cobalt play now for a long time, this one was on the 16th October 2017. In this time nothing has changed, why should his recent statement be any different... it is nearly a week later already. 

Why make the comments at all, even he should know that his record of delivery is abysmal and making puff piece statements like this only reinforce his reputation. 

 Don't get me wrong, I want TS to keep the shareholders informed but let's do it with real outcomes and statuses. Stop putting false expectations out there, even if it is paid pretend journalism sites like proactive investor.
