That there are companies out there taking PASS and not treating it properly. I can't believe they'd do that. That's very naughty. Gee, you just can't trust some people.

If that's happening, I am very confident the EPA will act on it, after they've cleaned up the illegally stored tyres.

I think the EPA are much more prepared to act now than in the past, and maybe even better informed as local residents get concerned about the disposal of various substances near where they live.
