current situation with $IRC and $MPR makes goldish neighbours to not stable. broker data for last 2 weeks shows that Hartleys again capped in 2.6 to force Paterson, UBS and Morgan to dump their shares.
I loaded up in last 2 days ago and personally believe this is bargain. Average price of Hartleys is 3.1c.
