I would otherwise just have cash in the bank and the interest rates are incredibly low to the point that they aren't earning anywhere near what I can earn by trading them.

Property is not a good place to park my money as I expect 20-30% drop in the near future and rent is dropping all the time.

Stocks are as liquid as you can get and based off my experience in the GFC I will move from higher risk into lower risk with marginal loan should the opportunity arise.

But to answer your question, for now, this is by far the best place I can park my money.
