    Absolutely! If you look at the buyback booklet online they give scenarios for people on various income levels. The only attraction for high tax payers is if they have a very high entry price and with the low capital price on selling you would get a big tax loss, but not good enough to cover the difference in selling back at 14% discount to market. Best to just hold onto shares and benefit from accretive added value in there being less shares on market
