I thought you said no more ranting, then you get some sleep and wake possessed by Billy Graham style fire and brimstone.
I think for sure it’s a package deal - debt and equity, don’t get one without the other. It would have been nice to be told, then again, maybe the details would be too hard to take. We never really know what’s happening behind the scenes and what sort of pressures the key players are under. It’s all guesswork on our side of the fence but you can’t put anything past the powerful financiers, including threats, or violence. The Assasin has been toiling for a decade, maybe he wants out. Maybe this is how it gets done.
We know for sure that you couldn’t buy even a few million shares on market without significantly moving the share price, so this deal is generous to say the least. In the end, we have the money in our pockets when maybe we would have nothing (inclusive of debt) in a market which has been sold down at the risky/speculative end. Debt to equity remains strongly in our favour and we raised 150% of our MC. Management’s actions on the ground tell me they want to maximise value here ASAP.
I feel you’ve made your point now, and if you’ve made up your mind it’s the right time to sell. I can assure you I’m exposed more than you or anyone else here but I’m not writing these guys off because of this CR, given the market climate and Company specific circumstances at hand. There are many years of toil and achievement here, and I feel they deserve just a little more respect.
Having said all that doesn’t mean you’re not 100% right in everything you say, just that it’s time to make a decision - either you’re in or out. Not many in this world with your fight and patience but it’s also easier to put up that fight far from the trenches.
Not all is lost here, still potentially a billion dollar Company, or we get taken out for a bag or two. Maybe, we don’t even get that, but it’s out of our hands and always has been on the markets.
