seems that shareholders of wkt just went down that road. I think our directors are overpaid for their current activities (from progessreport apparently mostly waiting). They are also overpaid in regards to the mkt cap. Furthermore dissapointing that not more answers were given at agm. in summary an egm sounds right to me.
