As much credit some of you give our leadership team, they have continually demonstrated their inability to perform. What makes you think they had the upper hand on the Vimson deal? Spend the time reseaeching the people behind Vimson and share your findings with the rest of us. Like it or not, we are now a serious target for a takeover. Years of underperformance, lack of support for current BOD, tightening economy making it harder to secure finance, SMS guarantee, TO and ML approvals.. it's certainly going to be an interesting 12 months.. IMO perhaps they are waiting on EIS for processing plant before they commit, on the other hand they can always process off shore.. Tivan technology may be of significant value to their existing operations..
