I could be wrong but reading between the lines I would say their chances in Wivenhoe are quite low.
If they were confident they would have either waited to raise equity at the higher share-price or not needed capital. What will they do with the capital if they do win? (buyback)?
Whats harder to know is to what extent this is built into the SP and how hard will the SP fall when they do lose?
