Since there is a lack of buyers in the market, someone is keeping the price down to scare shareholders and grab their shares cheap. This might keep going for long time. The same people then pump the price & offload at higher price and repeat the process. You can see this pattern developed four times already in the last three months. Not surprised this will keep going until we see a solid news and genuine buyers returning to the market. Until then, I am happy with $27m cash of $94M market cap, the cash is excpected to grow to close to $40m. Happy with over 40% of the share price is sitting there as a cash. I would buy back some 20% of the shares to increase shareholders value with the cash lying in the balance sheet.
