The only thing management are successful in is keeping themselves employed. And to keep it that way, they need to keep SHs cornered.
A decent enough bounce and 95% of holders are out the door, and the house of cards comes down.
So PC....dangling the plastic carrot.
The ones screaming "not me" will be the first ones out.
