You're too kind, I was looking at yesterday automated trading - and that of earlier days - and it looked to me as the robots get activated when the sp drops under 8c, so it could be that the algorithm's strategy is identifying a mean reversion.

Time will tell, I'm just tossing up the idea that this is a 'Bear Trap' and the sp may start to push up (to 9.5+c).
Jalaluddin understands the math behind mean reversion trading, he's probably best equipped to recognize patterns in automated trading.....?
