They need new Governance, Risk and Compliance IMHO. It has been far too weak for too long.
They must be lucky that the regulator in Australia is not taken very seriously.
The Chairman, Roger Davis, was even embroiled in the Ardent Leisure Group issue as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Ardent has been discussed in the BOQ forum and the Ardent Leisure forum.
I am surprised that the Chair has outsurvived the CEO, and the executive including the Chief Compliance Risk Officer or whatever they call it in Australia.
