    UTR's direction is in prooving the longevity and reliability of their new type of battery, not making scooters.


    so if they are going to show the battery reliability they need to start somewhere and scooters is a brilliant test of a batterys lifecycle.


    So i believe its good news, lets just "see" the scooters and battery in action when produced.
