This early in the morning I find it hard to get my mind around these two announcements. And I like to look through rose tinted spectacles at WA's unparalleled spiders' webs, that David Attenborough should consider filming for his TV nature series.
So Collin Vost acquired 7,770,000 CVS shares off market for $38,850 (i.e., $0.005 per share). Then CVS immediately announced that the shares had been acquired by his superannuation fund for the same amount.
I am sure the initial purchase wouldn't be an arrangement to prevent a sale of 7,700,000 shares being dumped on to an already weak buy/sell ratio by a disillusioned third party. If it is, as I presume, an investment in CVS then let's hope for Collin Vost's sake that his superannuation fund is not overweight in CVS shares.
