Would think it is the company responsibility to update shareholders on the suspension.They could also be responsible for updating sales results, diamond stock (Aust and Belgium), tonnes mined, tonnes processed, ct/tonne, arrival and installation of new equipment, mine manager and mining contractor status and whatever happened to those "green" diamonds they were evaluating!
I'm sure I have missed a few but this would be a start! Sort of like what companies are expected to do.
