Am not surprised.  Many out there would have been delighted to get those .004s. 33.33% for those small players who wouldn't even know what LNY's doing. True believers would be sorely tempted to grab some more and there is now no excuse for people who haven't accumulated to cut their losses to do so.  The only uncertainty now is the timing of commencement of processing.  Everything else will now just fall into place.
