yeah, a bit all over the place in review.
2017 annual report gives a bit of update on it, and then tried this previous JV in July 2018, that was eventually aborted.
News flow on a new JV partner to get it moving will benefit.
The flippant chase into WA conglomerate, was just trying to be like the cool kids at school. Waste of time. Really just picking up the scraps on the peripherals. And i agree, good move to sell out of it.
Perhaps the QLD conglomerate they have tried to get first bite into a new region, that if successful have the center of it, than the scraps left over.
Commonewealth, seemed to be where most of their focus had been, if you could step on their tails, and get them to squeal.
Agree, I cant see enough focus to get a feel significantly where the progress will grind forward. Although there are enough irons in the fire, for them to pull something out of it. Any one of them, if they get the axe to the grind wheel, could get some results.
But yeah, time they just get on with it.
