@Hey2.... I call bu$$s$$t to your post. if you speak to any 'credible' commercial lawyer they wouldn't say it's over by any stretch! ASX don't have the authority to compel EverBlu to say diddly squat and this is the reason why they have written what they have in their correspondence. they are just trying to flex their muscles but we all know they have no backbone. nor do ASIC. HDY have to come out and say that we were negligent in dismissing or turning their minds to whether or not due diligence should have been undertaken in ascertaining details of any third party transaction given the lateness in request to amend the agreement of issuing of shares.... slap on the wrist and move on.... they will then either agree to a reversal of the transaction or other remedial action....

what are HDY doing now? I bet doing something on the vandium play to prove that it has value and bring this to the attention of ASX to F off
