Not bizarre at all - in fact NORMAL!!!The two principal shareholders who started the company (one of whom had all his assets in TNE) sell down a small portion of their holdings each year (cos it is is useful to have cash money for a range of purposes) and they do it in a small window after the annual results are announced so the market can be fully informed of the prospects of the company.
