POH needs a bit of time so maybe SIAC will do its normal thing and take forever to hand down its decision.

Where is the main part of POH's business these days? Animal or human? Could POH (just an example) try and sell off its animal business and concentrate purely on the Human business? That could give it a way chest and allow funds to fast track research.

That would limit its options as well.

.as stated by kens and bd...our big chance is Terumo/injectables, primarily Propofol, which is a billion dollar product...I'd guess at least 6 mths before a deal....can we live that long?..again I'm guessing we could...having mr kerr lap up millions of shares has given me optimism
