Ann: Voluntary Suspension Extension, page-45

Sentia717 - if you go to Vic's Ann dated 14/11/17 it provides details of the acquisition. on page 12 of that document it provides 'conditions precedent'. this means that the acquisition is binding subject to the 2 conditions, one of which (b) Vic having notified the shareholders within 30 days the results of the due diligence.

on the Ann 24/11/17 - it discusses the due diligence and expedition of the same and the fact of getting a geology team down there

5/12/17 - geology consultancy appointed and confirms desktop analysis etc. - although my issue is that it DOES NOT name the consultancy company, which, in my opinion, may be the sticking point with VIC and reason why we are in suspension

then.... 29/1/18 - Ann advises due diligence complete and shareholder approval obtained etc.

If they used internal or b$$s&&it consultants that are linked with EverBlu we may be in some hot water.... if it was external then I think in respect of the acquisition we are fine....
