    If my memory serves me correctly, the previous Chilean Government allocated $US1 Billion to Codelco out of its 2018-19 budget for capital investment purposes.  Also the monies needed to be spent or allocated by February 2019.  Reading Help-me's news article, it seems that Codelco has US$400 million of that money remaining to spend. Interesting time ahead.
