It is important to look at the total votes for/against not just the percentages:

• Len and related parties have c. 15.9 million shares (see page 86 of the annual report)
• Total shares on issue of 137 million shares.
• Total votes for Len's resolutions 20 - 20.3 million shares.

So only about 4 million shares, other than Len's, were voted against the board. This equals approximately 3% of the total shares on issue (again excluding Len's 15.9 million shares).
