After Wack said Monday was the last day to sell to meet the Friday conversion deadline I seriously thought I had missed the boat .
However NAB assured me that a sale Tuesday would see cleared funds by Thursday .
I made my last sale of stock at 2 o'clock Tuesday [ not DEG ] and the funds were cleared by 9 am Thursday
After two failed attempts at accessing Internet Banking I wasn't prepared to risk a third for fear of lockout so instead rang NAB and requested they transfer the funds for me .
He said they couldn't do that but suggested we do it via telephone banking .
I cant tell you the relief when the transaction finally went through .
I do not reside in Australia ,the adviser stayed in the background and helped me through the process and I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.
I am most impressed with their commitment to the client and fulfilling their individual needs .
I suspect that like me, many will have left it to the last minute to convert.
In those now oft quoted words of Jonathon C, Good luck to us .
Having committed capital to ensure the ongoing development of the company we should all now expect to reap the rewards as the company moves on to its ultimate goal ...production.
Nothing short of that would in anyway be acceptable.
