I don't think the are going to have the cash for long.
The problem with this deal is it saves NXE from administration because either this buys off Arena or it gives them the cash to fight Arena through the courts long enough that the Fura and Mr Ching deals are safe. It is a sad state of affairs when the best outcome for shareholders is administration.
