I would suggest that they got a new chairman many months ago. Why not? Because they have a very cosy little club here and were prepared to keep it that way at our expense. Blame the Browns that is laughable. Browns gave the BoD options .

Unless management can give a good reason for the fire sale of OUR company , then the only conclusion I can make is it was for a blocking vote.
