Just an observation- but i think they could have placed a few million with the brokers but they decided to give shareholders first crack. I get the feeling management are pretty relaxed about this and given previous guidance, on permitting and financing, it's likely we'll get some news prior to year end. I said before, it's a positive in my books that they are looking after shareholders.
