megamutts/others:  Who and exactly HOW can the SP be held 'massively' down over time???  I already cannot fully understand why it seems to prove so very difficult for the IMU share-price to just go up to the last CR pricing level at 2.7 cents?

PS:  Of course, I DO understand WHO would benefit from a 'massively held down SP',  i.e. a potential partner wanting to come on board at a bargain pricing or perhaps even attempting a low-priced take-over early on....
