Pay particular attention to the REO prices used to calculate project economics, they are multiples of current REO prices especially Dy
Welcome to the land of analytics. Projected figures means a forecast of potential prices at he time of the intended activity occurring in however many years away. It’s logical. Saying in years to come the price would be today’s price would be laughed at as it will be now with you.
Should you have any evidence to definitively demonstrate the projections are impossible. Please supply it. If not. Then you would be left with no substance to back the frivilous hot air
Not only that but they have used seperate REO prices to value a 52% mixed concentrate which is just absurd.
Welcome to the land of analytics. It is common for noobies to think that "one REO source is the same as all REO sources" and therefore they should all be priced the same. Unfortunately they overlook the simple reality they are in fact not. That’s like saying “Look theres a BMW it must be the same price as the Mini because they are both cars!”. Not quite.
Every REO source is entirely different. They all contain separate mixtures in varing quantities. Where one may have a bulk of DY. Another may have none. In order to value the source differences. The only way is to calculate each of the lodes REE components worth to market. To then ascertain the total worth on their addition. This is why analysts always do this at this stage. Saying that the analysts don’t know what they are doing while not offering anything but opinion (no facts, alternatives or counter argument of worth). Doesn’t and never will add any credibility to their case unfortunately. So perhaps you could supply some factual data to show what is the most common preferred other ways contrary to this style and given your language involves around set examples to understand the underlying facts. Examples of PROJECTED reports with a style you propose. Only then can anyone take your statements as remotely credible, in anyway, over firms required to perform this evaluation at the highest professional level.
