I'll pass bunny - this announcement will have a very short term effect on SP and certainly won't change my sentiment. "The uptrend begins now"? No, I don't think that is right.

If you've read my posts on this topic, you will know that the regulatory hurdle is not where I see the risk in this initiative. Sure, it's a hurdle that needs to be jumped over (and it's looking promising so far), but the risk is still metallurgical and hydraulic performance being materially better in commercial operation than it was under the alkaline operating scenario.
