Who is the PM if it is not Babis?Agreed, having the legal right to mine is different to having a mining permit, but if the CR Govt conspire to deny a mining permit with the aim of taking the asset back they will end up in arbitration with the additional threat of frightening off the very foreign investment that they need and, furthermore, the CR will watch as traditional automotive industrial strengths of theirs get transferred to more willing, stable neighbours ....... it would be the quick route to ruining the Czech economy for the next generation. Yes, lots of work yet to be done but the politics will sort themselves out as soon as Babis can be seen to take credit for the outcome. What does it take to get a mining permit? Political will.
