My guess is that is being driven by a customer/s requirement and that makes this next phase all the more important:- check and double check the process before getting verification from your customer and announcing to the market; hopefully before Christmas but I’m not holding my breath. I remain convinced that the politics will settle down. Babis can’t play this much longer, the noose is tightening; car sales in Europe are falling dramatically, the writing is on the wall for the internal combustion engine, there is foreign money on the sidelines waiting to invest in next generation EV production tooling in the CR but only if it remains an ‘investment friendly’ country and there are guarantees of raw materials.... if Babis does not get a move on that cash will go elsewhere.

first if all the PM was not the favorite to win the election, Babis and ANO was. It was all over the news. Secondly because you have the legal right to mine doesn't mean that you are getting also a mining permit. They can stop you even with the environmental study. Some are living in LaLa land here and don't understand what it takes to get a final mining permit.
