Hindsight is a wonderful thing; Yes, things were much rosier 20 months ago. Yes, the MOU turned political and we were kicked like a football but who would not have signed that deal with the favourite to be elected as PM? The facts are as Lawrence keeps telling us:- Massive, Central European Lithium ore body in mining friendly location and we have the legal right to mine. KC was never going to sell out to one of the Lithium cartel and be just a miner, it was never his plan. Most of the profit is in the processing and KC knew that he could subcontract that to Dorfner or some such company; what he now needs to do is make sure that the hydroxide production methodology is 100% nailed down before announcing ...... we appear to have changed tack from a bit of both (carbonate and hydroxide) to just hydroxide. My guess is that is being driven by a customer/s requirement and that makes this next phase all the more important:- check and double check the process before getting verification from your customer and announcing to the market; hopefully before Christmas but I’m not holding my breath. I remain convinced that the politics will settle down. Babis can’t play this much longer, the noose is tightening; car sales in Europe are falling dramatically, the writing is on the wall for the internal combustion engine, there is foreign money on the sidelines waiting to invest in next generation EV production tooling in the CR but only if it remains an ‘investment friendly’ country and there are guarantees of raw materials.... if Babis does not get a move on that cash will go elsewhere.
