Would be quite farcical (but consistent with their history) if they held the meeting on the 30th and then had to re-do it because it was not it accordance with the regulations.
My guess is they will have to re-schedule. Bloody embarrassing either way.
I don't know why everyone keeps talking about the AGM not being within the required 28 days, it clearly is within the 28 days of Bruno's backdated document
