you can’t replace Jiameng without major fall-out within the company. Jianeng has his tenticles everywhere within the company.
if a larger shoe manufacturer takes over XPD. Then yes, they would have people with enough experience they can put in to replace Jiameng.
selling XPD to a competitor would be our best chances of getting 24 cents per share.
