I believe them but they may just be getting fed rubbish by a broker! (It is not unknown to happen!)

Don't have any target price.  I think the question for any suitor is which big holder can they pick.off to get to the table.  The price for a major holders line of stock is likely to be a big premium.to the current trading pri.ce (and structured so that it is opaque to mushrooms like us).

The company needs to pull its finger out as despite having lawyers on the board the prize may get taken off them if they linger too long.
