Then steam is added and Cobalt and Nickel Sulphate goes through a Crystalization process.

Then you crush and grind it to final powder. CoS04 and NiSO4

Little bit more complex then just leaching it out of tanks into a solution and selling it on as a concentrate for further refinement, few places already do that and China gets a lot of concentrate to further refine.

If you read the Ann 8/11, QPM has commissioned the CSIRO to produce a flowsheet with the purpose of making nickel and cobalt sulphate.
