Where did you get this 5-10%, might I ask? Do you mean in any particular year or over the long term?... I can think of maybe 20 or 30 people who have made good money in the market. I know one bloke who made a loss one time, got out and will never try again. Your number sounds dead wrong from my small sample and subjective observations. What would I know though?
