Chances are that Woolworths have the documents archived anyway.I think this case has no legs, but it won't stop the union and ABC from drumming up anger towards Woolworths.Seems that many people out there don't know about EBAs (even though they might well be employed under one), so when they hear "The agreement pays no penalty rates on weeknight evenings, during the day on Saturday and cuts the Sunday penalty rate" they get outraged.
