Be a perfect time for Director buying, but doubt that can occur with the PFS coming up. If it was delayed I would be expecting some Director buying to restore confidence.

My take is the oppies will soon be out of money, meaning less dilution but on the other side need to find money to do the DFS etc.  If oppies don't get exercised, albeit I expect BTIG to exercise there and then pump the price back up btw to benefit from the strategy they adopted last few weeks, then I would hope that AVL raises money from a potential Offtake partner directly (and that will probably be the strategy they should be adopting in the now anyway).

With vanadium shortages, surprised the Chinese haven't entered prospective vanadium plays.  The existing producers are unlikely to meet future demand so where is the supply coming from?  At this stage, the market I reckon is saying not clear which ones will get up, because not all will, but without direction (read Offtakes, financing etc) the market will sit until the company/s that gets the Offtake is known and that one/s will fly.

I think it will be AVL or TMT by the way, but there are a few other vanadium plays out there as well that some like.  It is a waiting game.

    All IMO
