I am from Germany and have been following NWH discussions on this board since few years.
Despite the fact that I am no big contributor here, I would like to thank all who are posting here regularly providing us with quite nice insights directly from down under.
Never heard of the Aussie 2 strike rule before. One more explanation, also about purpose:

As you can see, they all look like they were reasonable, which I cannot see in our case.
Good thing is that 2nd strike was not coming in all cases of 2016.
I wonder if that was a concerted action.
In that case it could raise some red flags about the shareholder distribution.
