It is such a pity ISD lost some platinum, gold and bronze users to Meltwater due to copyright costs.
Can we bring them back if isd can match the pricing? Interesting to see...
Another question, Meltwater isnt likely to honour their NSW government contract so what happens next? I think it gives ISD in better positions hence ISD got a big chunk of government contracts overall.
