The ASX is showing time and time again how incompetent they are.

So many examples of things like this happening.

And sure, settlement is 2 days... but If you sell $10,000 of MMJ and buy $11,000 of ABC immediately after, they will take $1000 out of your account 2 days later. But in this case, they would now take $11,000 out which you might not even have.

The thing that annoys me the most is that they are constantly sticking their nose in things... preventing companies from including certain things in announcements (see CLA)... suspending companies for doing certain things (see AVZ)... and they themselves are the most incompetent of the lot.

Imagine if you'd managed to pick a huge parcel up at 23/24c today and then jumped out at 28c or whatever it got up to. Absolutely spewing.
