Now seems very unlikely CAT will convert on time. If Build 1 is delayed by a quarter then that won't dovetail in with CAT being willing to invest further. I wouldn't be surprised to see CAT back off completely as I cant imagine a second delay will impress them at all. There is no way they are investing at 0.24c unless this thing works as described.

Without CAT investment I think a capital raise is on the cards for next Quarter as well. At current burn with no CAT and no income FBR are likely to run out of money by June next year.

Monkeys still have Q4 2018 Hadrian X Build 1 outdoors on their Hadrian X history time line. I imagine this will be changed to their current success of slopped together structure with wonky walls to get our bonus shares Hadrian X builds its first 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Full Home Structure. 

I don't think they will try and publicly preempt history again.
